Schedule an appointment

Make an appointment by calling (217) 333-0112. Prior to making an appointment please view our website. It provides a wide range of information and resources that may be helpful as you consider the questions or concerns that you may want to address. In this way appointment time can be spent on a specific area of concern not addressed on the website.

Attend or request a workshop

Our team of community liaisons present on a variety of topics such as lease education, tenant rights and responsibilities, campus and community safety, roommate issues, etc. You can request a workshop online.

File a complaint

Students may file a written complaint if they have a dispute with their landlord related to potential contractual or legal obligations. While this can be an attempt for resolution with a landlord, the purpose of the complaint record is to inform other tenants about problems or experiences they have had with a landlord.
